By accessing or using FreeDiffChecker ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

FreeDiffChecker provides a web-based tool to compare text, code, images, documents, spreadsheets, and folder structures. The Service is provided free of charge for personal and commercial use.

You may use FreeDiffChecker without an account. If you register, you are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

To delete your account, visit your Profile page and use the Delete Account option in the Danger Zone section. Deletion is permanent and irreversible — your account and all associated saved diffs will be removed immediately.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload malicious files, malware, or exploits
• Attempt to bypass rate limits, authentication, or security controls
• Scrape or automate requests in a way that degrades service for others
• Upload content that is illegal, defamatory, or infringes on third-party intellectual property
• Reverse-engineer or copy the Service for a competing product

All content you upload remains your own. By uploading, you grant FreeDiffChecker a limited, temporary license to process your content solely to provide the comparison result. We do not claim ownership of your content.

The FreeDiffChecker application code, design, and branding are the intellectual property of FreeDiffChecker and its contributors.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or produce results that are 100% accurate.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FreeDiffChecker and its contributors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. Where reasonably practicable, we will endeavour to provide advance notice of significant changes. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any such modification or discontinuation.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. The "last updated" date at the top will reflect any changes.

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the jurisdiction where FreeDiffChecker is operated.
